Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the affiliate program (“Affiliate Program”) for ExtremeAntiSmokingSystem.com, Brainfology Digital Services LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By joining or continuing to participate in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Have a valid ClickBank affiliate account.

  • Agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate from the program at our sole discretion, with or without cause.

2. Approved Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote our products using:

  • Personal websites or blogs

  • Social media platforms

  • Email marketing (with consented and non-spam-compliant lists)

  • Paid advertising (if compliant with Section 4 below)

  • YouTube or other content platforms (provided they follow our content guidelines)

All promotional materials must represent our brand fairly and accurately.

3. Prohibited Marketing Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of commissions:

  • Spamming of any kind (unsolicited emails, comments, or messages).

  • Misleading claims, false advertising, or deceptive marketing practices.

  • Promoting through illegal or unethical content, including:

    • Hacking, cracking, piracy

    • Hate speech or discriminatory content

    • Pornographic or adult material

    • Sites promoting violence, gambling, or drugs

  • Using our brand, product names, or URLs in domain names (e.g., ourproductname-bonus.com).

  • Embedding our videos, PDFs, or bonuses in unauthorized or misleading pages.

  • Misrepresenting yourself as an official partner, employee, or representative of our brand.

4. PPC and Paid Ads Policy

Affiliates may not:

  • Use our branded terms, URLs, or trademarked names in PPC ads (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).

  • Link directly to our product pages from paid ads.

  • Bid on keywords that include our brand name or domain.

If you use paid advertising, the landing page must be your own and must comply with all guidelines stated here.

5. Use of Marketing Materials

We provide optional affiliate resources (PDFs, banners, bonus content, etc.) for promotional use. By using them, you agree:

  • Not to edit, rebrand, or embed them in misleading or prohibited contexts.

  • To include your affiliate ID responsibly where permitted.

  • Not to host these resources on public download sites or forums.

We may use technology to track affiliate ID insertion and distribution, and we reserve the right to revoke access if abuse is detected.

6. Commission Tracking and Payments

  • Commissions are handled exclusively through ClickBank.

  • We do not manage or guarantee payout timelines, refund disputes, or chargebacks — these are subject to ClickBank’s own policies.

  • We do not issue manual payments outside of the ClickBank system.

7. Affiliate Account Monitoring and Termination

We regularly review affiliate activity for compliance. Violations of any of these terms may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent suspension

  • Denial of future access to affiliate resources

  • Reversal of earned commissions for non-compliant referrals

We reserve the right to take legal action in cases of fraud or abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Affiliate earnings or lack thereof

  • Technical issues with ClickBank

  • Damages resulting from your promotional actions

Your participation is at your own risk, and we provide no guarantees of income or results.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through our affiliate communications. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Relationship with ClickBank and Our Website Terms

These Affiliate Terms are established solely by us and apply specifically to the promotion of our products. They do not replace, override, or modify ClickBank’s own affiliate terms and conditions. All affiliates promoting our products via ClickBank must fully comply with ClickBank’s policies and guidelines.

Additionally, any individual — including affiliates — who visits or uses our website is also subject to our website’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern the use of our content, tools, and services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming , United States. without regard to its conflict of law principles.
